Based within Paradigm Technical Services, the Paradigm Policy team is our interface between the regulator and our Partner Firms. The role of Policy is to ensure that you are continually kept up to date with regulatory changes and developments which could affect your business and that you are provided with all the right tools to meet your regulatory requirements.
Our Policy team also acts as the voice of our Partner Firms and we actively seek your opinions and views on FSA consultations and proposals which could impact on your business. We then engage with the regulator on your behalf to ensure your views are heard.
Other services provided by Policy include:
- Provision of a suite of compliance documentation, including compliance manual, TCF toolkit and various supporting documents and templates to make compliance as easy as possible for you. The Policy team also provides continued support in maintaining this documentation to ensure you always have access to up to date information.
- Issue of regular compliance newsletters, keeping you up to date with regulatory changes and highlighting any actions you may need to take.
- Close interaction with Paradigm Consultancy and Paradigm Technical Services to ensure your receive consistent and accurate guidance and support.
