TECHNICAL SERVICES ADVISER
Monitoring/Technical (Head Office Based)
We are looking to further expand our Technical Services team and we currently have vacancies available for experienced file monitoring/technical staff.
Based at our Headquarters in Wilmslow, the ideal candidate will have a strong regulatory background, either as a paraplanner or financial adviser, and have previous experience of monitoring a broad spectrum of business conducted by independent financial advisers.
As a key part of the role is to provide occupational pension transfer services to Paradigm firms, candidates MUST hold AF3 / G60 along with the pre-requisite qualification for the role (Financial Planning Certificate qualification). Paradigm also support and encourage a move to higher professional qualifications, up to and including chartered status.
The role also involves providing technical support via telephone and email to directly authorised IFA businesses.

Technical Services Adviser – Helpdesk/Policy/Technical (Head Office Based)
We are looking to further expand our Technical Services team and we currently have vacancies available for individuals with a broad range of regulatory experience and/or a technical background.
Based at our Headquarters in Wilmslow, the ideal candidate will have recent experience of working in an FSA regulatory environment and have experience of dealing with a wide range of regulatory issues on behalf of independent financial advisers including financial promotions, general and technical queries and policy issues.
Holding the full Financial Planning Certificate qualification and CeMAP (or equivalent) is essential whilst holding other financial industry qualifications is preferred. In addition, the move to higher professional qualifications is fully encouraged and supported, up to and including chartered status.

Business Monitoring Team Leader - Paradigm Financial Advisers | Head Office Based
We are currently seeking a Team Leader to deliver high quality regulatory support and guidance to PFA firms in relation to file reviews.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and motivate a team and to interpret data and analyse where existing procedures and practices do not meet with current regulatory standards, along with excellent attention to detail. Candidates will be required to build strong business relationships with PFA firms and will be adept in self-motivation and time management.
Candidates should ideally have 5 years' financial services industry experience, of which 2 years should involve regulatory experience, along with a minimum of 1 year's management experience. A Financial Planning Certificate (or equivalent), CeMAP (or equivalent) and a sound knowledge of UK regulatory framework are essential requirements.
